I am a former Executive. Today, I work as an Executive Search Adviser and Executive and Management Coach. I advise companies and senior leaders on executive appointments, leadership potential, and executive performance. This draws on experience in executive leadership, executive search advisory, and executive coaching, helping you make better decisions at the moments that matter most.
Before entering Executive Search and Leadership Consulting, I spent 23 years at Microsoft, progressing through multiple leadership positions and ultimately serving as a Director across EMEA. I built and led teams, navigated transformation, restructuring, growth, and organizational complexity, and experienced personally what leadership looks like when the decisions become difficult.
That experience fundamentally shapes how I work at Belleville Management Consulting today.
When I advise a company on an executive appointment, I don't simply compare a CV with a job description. I understand the reality behind the role: the business challenge, leadership environment, organizational readiness, decision-making culture and capabilities required to succeed.
When I coach an executive, I bring another perspective: someone who understands both how senior leaders are assessed from the outside, and what it feels like to operate inside the role.
